It’s been a while since I last posted my video.
I’ve been busy gaining real life experiences as a barista in the last one year, and now I am back to you to share my journey.
I am currently working as a barista at ST.ALi, a very famous specialty coffee roastery cafe in Melbourne, Australia.
As you know, Melbourne is known as the capital of coffee in Australia and well-known around the world for its high standards of coffee. ST.ALi gets a big credit for contributing to its third wave coffee movement.
In this episode, I want to share my life as a barista focusing on my opening shift in a vlog style.
I will share how I open the shop from opening the door to dial in.
I am sure a lot of it will be applicable to the most of barista opening shifts.
